The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "To amend article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of substantive rights to real estate and their burdening"

The law is aimed at simplifying the procedure of state registration of the property right to a dwelling house, building or construction with simultaneous acquisition of substantive rights to the land plot of their location.

The respective bill was registered under No. 10577.
